We have experienced severe disruption with Royal Mail postal services over the past two months due to repeated industrial action and have attempted to make customers aware of this on our website. “So far not happy at all. Royal mail is a joke, I was unable to track my parcel for days, because theyr Web site was down. And right now, the Web site doesn't allow me to track my package, just showing a massage than says "sorry, there was a problem, please try again". I really love to know if my belt got lost or if is on my way. I'm not reating your service guys, because I'm pretty sure that's not on you, but I'm just seeking for an answer. Kind regards Elia”
