Order not received! I wrote 3 letters and did not receive an answer - where is my parcel. Fake website- money not returned.

Hi, We're very sorry that your order did not arrive as expected. We did reply to every email which you sent to us, with us receiving a direct reply to one of the first emails we sent to you. We can only assume the initial email or two went to your spam folder. We explained in full that the parcel experienced a customs issue, which was verified by the tracking information sent to you on your dispatch confirmation email. While most items arrive within our estimated timeframes, there can be issues in some instances out of our control. We did offer to send your order again, (with an additional belt due to the issue with your first shipment) or provide a full refund to which you requested a refund. This was provided on the same day you requested, to the original payment method used (Paypal). We're here to help should you have any further questions for us!

Been a long term customer for your business not happy with last item I purchased, love the belt just not the quality the studded silver belt l, all of the studs have fallen off and all the metal pins are sticking out the belt damaging my jeans. Can you offer some sort of replacement my email is kaimak1999@hotmail.com

I would have left a higher rating had I actually received the item I ordered. I have not even gotten it yet & it's been a month.

We are very sorry to hear that you've yet to receive your item, we can see that you have been in touch with us directly in order to enquire as to why your item hasn't reached you in the US. We have experienced severe disruption with Royal Mail postal services over the past two months due to repeated industrial action and have attempted to make customers aware of this on our website. We will continue to keep in contact with you directly until this matter is resolved.

So far not happy at all. Royal mail is a joke, I was unable to track my parcel for days, because theyr Web site was down. And right now, the Web site doesn't allow me to track my package, just showing a massage than says "sorry, there was a problem, please try again". I really love to know if my belt got lost or if is on my way. I'm not reating your service guys, because I'm pretty sure that's not on you, but I'm just seeking for an answer. Kind regards Elia
