“Customer service was amazing The belt turned up too big but should have fit according to their measurements. I was expected to have to pay for a return but actually they reimbursed the return costs as it wasn’t my fault it didn’t fit. Swap over was smooth and all emails were answered. Great service and I love my new belt!”

“Delivery was impressively fast but I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the product. The studs are just stapled in and the staples come undone quickly, so you end up stabbing yourself and they tear into the clothes you put them on to. Studs have already started to come off because they aren't attached very well. The belt itself also seems quite thin. It looks nice at first but the product isn't very good I'm afraid.”

“Been a long term customer for your business not happy with last item I purchased, love the belt just not the quality the studded silver belt l, all of the studs have fallen off and all the metal pins are sticking out the belt damaging my jeans.
