“Been wearing your belts for years and enjoy the quality. I was disappointed to find the gold finish on the gold studded belt wears off but you discounted me £5 so it wasn't too bad in the end”

“These are the only belts I've used for years and had not had a problem with them, till a couple of years ago I ordered one with became unglued almost immediately. Their customer service was brilliant and it was replaced; sadly it happened again and so I opted for a different design. This time round I noticed one of the metal belt hole rings would pop out, as it hadn't been secured properly. Unfortunately it seems that the quality has been consistently worsening. So I think I may shop around from now on.”

Hi and thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We made attempts to contact by telephone to discuss this issue but were unable to speak to you directly and therefore we communicated with you via email. As explained, you placed your order at 5pm which was after the cut-off time for next day delivery as shown on the website and again at checkout. We shipped your order immediately the following day for next day delivery which you confirmed did arrive. As discussed, we are a small company and do not have the delivery logistics of Amazon Prime. Our delivery times are clearly stated throughout the purchase process however if you feel that they could be clearer we are always open to suggestions for improvement.

“I oredered a studded belt from Lowlife online and hoped that the item would be high quality (having not shopped at Lowlife before). The belt arrived very quickly, was well packaged and was exactly what I was looking for. I'm delighted with the item which I feel is good value for money and well made. Hi, We're very sorry that your order did not arrive as expected. We did reply to every email which you sent to us, with us receiving a direct reply to one of the first emails we sent to you. We can only assume the initial email or two went to your spam folder. We explained in full that the parcel experienced a customs issue, which was verified by the tracking information sent to you on your dispatch confirmation email. While most items arrive within our estimated timeframes, there can be issues in some instances out of our control. We did offer to send your order again, (with an additional belt due to the issue with your first shipment) or provide a full refund to which you requested a refund. This was provided on the same day you requested, to the original payment method used (Paypal). We're here to help should you have any further questions for us!
