“Rashid was called by a bogus customer who was trying to entre my house. If it wasn't for his intervention and his astute unerstanding of how these people try to gain access Into empty properties, I would have squatters in my house. Rashid not only prevented this disaster by calling the police but spent time with me explaining what has happened and how i could prevent a break-in. This was all on his own time. I can not thank him enough.”

“Rashid’s customer service went beyond my expectations today. While being in my flat I witnessed someone attempt a break in, although I managed to prevent them getting in completely. As a girl living on my own I immediately panicked about my safety. Rashid was round at my flat within the hour (on a Saturday) and also supported me with providing details to the police and my landlord. He helped me understand how my new lock that he brought would be more safe and the flaws in the previous lock. I also think the price he charged for all of this was very fair. I have already shared his details with others in the building as I cannot fault his service today. Thank you again!”

“The locksmith was very professional and just wonderful. He arrived to the property 20 mins after the phone call and fixed the door in less than 2 minutes! Being that I’m a student, I didn’t wanna risk it being too expensive so before his arrival I sent him a picture of the lock and he told me exactly how much I’d be changed which is exactly what I paid. He also provided additional service by checking the other locks in my flat to see if they had the same issue. If I ever get locked out again (which hopefully won’t happen), I know exactly who to call!”
