The locksmith was very professional and just wonderful. He arrived to the property 20 mins after the phone call and fixed the door in less than 2 minutes! Being that I’m a student, I didn’t wanna risk it being too expensive so before his arrival I sent him a picture of the lock and he told me exactly how much I’d be changed which is exactly what I paid. He also provided additional service by checking the other locks in my flat to see if they had the same issue. If I ever get locked out again (which hopefully won’t happen), I know exactly who to call!
