The key to our flat was not working... Very quick answer to the phone call. Showed within 15-20min keeping us updated about where he is. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Quickly managed to get us into the flat and figured out what the problem was - got us a new lock and installed it without any issues, giving us additional advice about the doors. Fair price considering all the things that had to be done. Above all very nice and friendly! Highly recommended!
