“Hello, I had really bad problems with my bathroom and kitchen. My bathroom sink was more or less blocked and when I used the washing machine or used my kitchen sink, nasty smelly black water would pump into my bath. Your drainage Engineer Ian came in and had to take the sink apart and my cupboard in the kitchen to access the pipes. All this took a long time. I knew it was a big job but his attitude and knowledge solved the problem. It was hard to live this way and I cannot be more grateful as many others have been and this has been going on for nearly a year. I would recommend this Engineer highly as it wasn't just the job he was so polite and courteous. I really think he went above and beyond to help me with this problem as other Engineers have been and have said they didn't have the tools. I cannot thank him enough. I would 100 percent recommend this company.”

“We needed a pipe of some description unblocking as it had caused a major flood in 2 apartments. The previous Bentley loving 'plumbers' acted as though they had large hats and 6 shooters. Refreshing to deal with professionals who did what they could to diagnose and rectify the issue for a sensible fee. Many thanks!”

“Quite possibly the best company I've ever dealt with! The office we're helpful and knowledgeable, the job handling system kept me in the loop and the end job report and pictures was great. Weren't the cheapest, but they provided a platinum service. I have 690 properties in my control, that means LDF have just got themselves about an extra 1000 Wc's to care for!!! Keep up the GREAT work.”

“A CCTV Survey in the forecourt of a converted Victorian School undertaken by Jamie & Aiden who arrived bang on time, working hard to fit the job into two days, explaining what they were finding out as they went along, drawing a map of the underground lay-out, and amusing us as they sat hunched on their folding chairs looking down into the various manholes, pulling/lowering the pipe with the camera on the end, surrounded by an orange fence, under a giant green umbrella in both heavy rain and bright sunshine ... to keep the computer protected or visible depending on the weather they said! From a distance they looked a bit like I imagine two guys would if they were fishing at an ice hole on a frozen lake! With the patience to match! Well done guys! No doubt we'll have more great technicians when the repair work gets carried out - so far quite a bit of successful team-work involved.”

“Thank you to the young gentleman who cleared a blocked toilet in my home in Claygate on Tuesday 27th August . He cleaned up everything and I hope his recommendations are taken on board by the council to clean the pipes of limescale. Please pass on my appreciation.”
