“I bought a pyjama set for my 3 year old daughter with the disco flower print. She loves them and wants to wear them all the time! Sizing seems accurate and the garment quality is excellent. Delivery was quick and involved minimal packaging with (I think) no plastic. Brilliant all round!”

“I love the quality and design of Lola + Blake, literally adore them and they are so comfy for my son, they last ages and show little signs of wear and tear. the prints are so lovely too. My only bugbear is a slight inconsistency in sizing, the classic pyjamas are perfectly sized but the same age bracket in Jersey format are much smaller so will grow out quicker. So order a size up in Jersey Pyjamas.”

So pleased you are happy with them! We digitally print the artists hand-illustrations onto the pure cotton so it allows for strong colour, detail and uses less water and ink waste than traditional dye methods. Thank you for your kind words - sweet dreams!

“I still haven’t received the delivery and it was supposed to be a Christmas Eve present. I have emailed the company direct with no response asking if they could look into the delivery. Very very disappointed and frustrated”

Hi there, I am so sorry for the trouble you experienced with your order and its late arrival and the disappointment and frustration this caused you. I know we have managed to rectify this for you now and you have your order which I really hope you are happy and pleased with from a product quality point of view. The Royal Mail strikes caused so much stress over the Christmas period even on our back-up couriers dpd and as you know from my direct contact I wasn't on top of my emails as much as I should have been from Christmas eve when you emailed me through to 28th December when you left your negative review. I hope you'll give us another chance to prove what great customer service and delivery we usually have. Many thanks

Glad you are so pleased with them! We've worked hard on the fit and tweaked it to make them what we think is a perfect fit. The different British illustrators paintings really do make the pure, high thread count cotton feel even more special. “I was attracted to the woodland design fabric but was disappointed to discover on arrival that they are not made from brushed cotton. However, the fit was fine.”

Hi there, I'm so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the cotton. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality, 200 thread count Indian cotton for our items. By keeping them unbrushed it makes the item more seasonless which allows it to sustainably be worn all year round with the breathable cotton keeping you cool in the summer and naturally retaining heat in the winter. Hi there, I am so glad you think the products are beautiful. We go out of our way to make sure little details like piping, draw string, buttons and pockets are stand out features along with the amazing craftmanship our of artisans. I'm glad this came across. I am sorry the products you wanted were out of stock - we regularly update stock with returns which are repressed and checked as soon as possible so they can go to loving homes! So stock levels can change. Finally I am sorry for the import duties. Since Brexit I am afraid european customers have been stumped by this. It is completely out of our hands and unfortunately as a small business just unfeesiable to cover all these costs ourselves. I really hope that couriers can work out a longterm resolution to this ongoing issue so we can continue to supply internationally as smoothly as possible.
