4 emails sent, endless phone calls made and nothing back. Ordered 2 weeks ago and money was taken same day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The item I ordered was unavailable. Only told when I enquired because it was overdue , with priority postage. The money has been taken for the item from my account but not refunded . I am still waiting for a refund three and a half weeks later, and any information from you about the delay. This matter is urgent ! I will take this matter further if necessary.

The bath arrived broken and I have tried to contact Lily cuddles many times to no avail! I want a refund and you are welcome to take this bath away!! I am completely ignored by the company

Avoid After waiting two weeks, I finally received the item, but they sent me the wrong item. I've contacted their website, phone and email to get return and refund , but I haven't got any reply. Not happy at all

My order was almost a month late when it said it would only take 5-7 business days, maybe 8 business days due to covid. I emailed you 3 times and sent messages on your social media accounts and never received a reply. Your custom service is appalling and I won’t be ordering from you again!

Hi, This is Sol, one of the owners. I am so sorry to hear about your experience with us and the lack of response to your enquiries. We have been operating on limited staff due to Covid-19. However, I believe, this should never have been a reason for your enquiries to not have been dealt with, or an attempt made to find out the situation with your order. Once again, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I have attempted to contact you regarding the issue to get a better understanding, but was unable to reach you. I will attempt to contact you again. However, I hope you would be able to give us another chance to better serve you in the future.
I am pleased with their customer service as they responded promptly to issues raised in regards to my order. The team are very polite, problem solving-oriented. The product is very good and my daughter enjoys it very often.

This is a terrible company. Ordered a dolls pram for our granddaughter at around £50 on 4th December 2020. They acknowledged the order and took our money and we never heard from them again. They don’t answer the phones and they don’t respond to emails. We had to raise a case through PayPal and only had our money returned (by PayPal) over 6 weeks later. Don’t touch this shower with a barge pole.

Ordered a cot bed and cancelled it before delivery. Money was taken out of my account straight away. No response to calls and the numerous emails we have sent. Money not refunded. It has been over 2 weeks

Been trying to get into contact with somebody for several days now I’ve tried via email telephone Facebook and Instagram about a product I’ve ordered for a lot of money I find the customer service terrible and still nobody has gotten back to me about my issue

I purchased a leapstart leapreader 3D and was sent the wrong item, after numerous failed attempts over days I got through to someone on the customer service line who advised me to send the product back. Despite having confirmation the sender has received the item back unlike promised after being delivered up to 3 weeks later I had not received my refund. The customer service number is useless as no one answers or even the email service no one responds When someone did answer they tried to convince me it's the same product I refused to keep the product and insisted on returning. I feel there was no customer service to compensate for the error THEY made if anything my time had been wasted I couldn't gift the toy I wanted to somebody and had to waste my time returning. From start to end unfortunately a very disappointing service. Eventually I had to retrieve money through pay pal after 3 weeks Of no correspondence Will not be using this website again to purchase And would advise others not to. Terrible experience.

Awful awful company, order placed in December 2018 for a baby suite (circa £1k) still not arrived and very poor response from the vendor. Avoid like the plague.
