“An amazing company! I placed an high value order - two chandeliers and 4 wall lights (Visual comfort) last Thursday. They were delivered this Monday! Emmanuel could not have been more helpful! I hadn’t used the company before and was a little apprehensive but honestly, they were first class…as were Visual Comfort. My electrician has now installed them and the chandeliers look beautiful, the design is so elegant. Thank you! Will be ordering again soon.”

“Absolutely stunning lights. I’m creating conduit lighting in my Kitchen and bought 4 of these stunning light bulbs to complete it. The design of them is unusual and the build quality fantastic.”

“I had been experiencing problems trying to get a good quality light switch to replace a dimmer. The range I had has been discontinued and the company were no help at all. Contacted lighting design who were extremely helpful and I now have a switch which is superb quality and looks fantastic”

“Lightsource is a company you can completely trust…..from the Sales Team (Brigitte) who helped me source lights that were being discontinued, to the Customer Services Team (Ali) who tracked the order and was invaluable when ParcelForce didn’t deliver and then when they did one of the lights was broken. Ali checked on the position daily and I was always confident that the issues (completely out of Lightsource’s control) would be resolved. Don’t go anywhere else for your lighting - customer service is excellent - thank you”

“I have just had delivered two wonderful pendant lights for my new island kitchen unit. Pure 20 with wood. Not only are the lights fantastic, but they arrived in 2 days! “Ali at Lightsource couldn’t have been more helpful. She was professional, hugely attentive and extremely supportive when there was a delivery issue. This was solved and we are very happy with our new wall lights. They look superb! What I found really impressive was the continuous and caring way Ali communicated with me: she was reassuring, supportive and, I am sure, went out of her way personally to ensure that we finally got the lights. That quality of personal contact and customer service is increasingly rare nowadays but Ali and Lightsource certainly buck that trend! I can wholeheartedly recommend Lightsource, both for their outstanding personal service and for their excellent products. Thank you!”
