“We bought two wall lamps from LightSource last September. They arrived quickly and easily. However we didn't install them for several months. When we did we discovered that one was faulty. I made contact with LightSource, they responded swiftly and arranged a new lamp to be sent out immediately at no additional cost to us. It was a very easy and stress free process. We love the lamps. Thank you.”

“Lightsource stocked a light we were struggling to find elsewhere and offered a better price! The customer service advice I needed before sale and the after sale updates was brilliant. “I am delighted with my new lamp and don’t have any problems with Lightsource but I was far from happy with the shoddy service from the delivery company Fastway . I have already complained to the distribution centre. The delivery man left my purchase in the garden of a vacant house and it was only sheer luck that a gardener found it. We were at home all day on the day in question and no one attempted to make a delivery. Then to confuse the issue we got conflicting messages from a tracking number . One stated attempted delivery return to depot and another said delivered in accordance with our COVID rules. I only got a tracking number when I contacted Tracy Burton at the Engine Room centre to query the expected delivery date. As I said the lamp is lovely and I am about to place an order for two more. But a service can fall on its weakest link. I have welcomed this opportunity to comment .Thank you .”
