We ordered a dining room pendant, and were advised delivery would take place within 2-3 weeks of purchase. At the 3-week point I checked in and was given reassurance that the lamp would arrive within days. Days went by... I checked in again and was told that the new estimate was 7 weeks from purchase. No explanation was given, and frankly at this point I have no confidence that the 7-week estimate is true either. It seems a shame that the onus is on the customer to follow up, and that delivery promises are continually broken.
