“A little slow on delivery but light was as described. There is a slight chip on the lower front edge, couldn't return it as the electrician was booked and as the delivery was longer than many other companies we didn't have time to wait for a replacement.”
“Although there wasn’t much clarity on when the lamp would arrive (a lead time should be mentioned on the product page), the lamp did arrive, with a shade I wasn’t aware of (Bonus).It was exactly as described and illustrated, and I was very pleased with it. So was the recipient of the light! So yes, all good, in the end, a happy customer, 4 Stars. Would have been 5, but the lack of clarity on a delivery date, took it down to four. Trustworthy company, product perfect, a great purchase!”
“I ordered three lights, as they were at a very good price. Comms were very good and immediate, as there was going to be a delay of a couple of months (they had to be sipped from Europe. However, one of the lights was sourced from another shop fairly quickly. This was a surprise to us and demonstrates a solid attitude towards customers. To be honest you can only judge a company by the way that they treat you when things start going wrong. I am very happy and would use the Lighting Room again and recommend them to my friends.”
“My order was seriously delayed. I believe this was at the manufacturers so I wasn’t happy, however the retailer was very good communicating with me. I haven’t opened the boxes yet as I am in the middle of a house move so won’t know the quality of these till around early summer. Will post another review later.”
