“Filled in the online form, got a call from "Michael" and gave him a damned good listening to about a life policy I needed. After about half an hour, we hit a snag to do with my health. "Michael" told me that he needed to talk to underwriters and he would get back to me in 10 to 15 minutes. That was a day and a half ago. Heard nothing since. He had clearly lost interest and used his underwriters as an excuse to get off the phone. I won't be back.”

“awful!! terrible experience! umesh parmar was repeatedly passive aggressive, condescending and had a bad, cocky sales attitude throughout both phonecalls! he kept saying “touch wood!” you dont die soon or “touch wood” you dont get any illnesses. he constantly said “dont worry, dont worry!” he was very fake and over the top, sales patter was too much. when i challenged him on his attitude and asked to speak to someone else instead, he said theres noone for me to talk to! so i ended the call. you have lost my custom! please call me on 07761810778 to talk about this”

“Good luck having any time to think with this company. They'll squeeze you hard for their commission at the expense of good customer service. The advisor I was assigned gave me absolutely no time to breathe, citing that this apparent sales tactic 'is in your best interest' as "God forbid" you collapsed in a heap and died tomorrow. Wow, I'm aware of my own mortality, thanks. If they want to get the job done even quicker, they'll forget to remind you about 'the £50 amazon voucher when you take out a policy' for extra leverage to box you into a corner and decide RIGHT NOW. Where is that voucher even advertised? It's certainly not on their website. Overall a very, very poor experience. Avoid.”

“Despite repeated efforts I have received no paperwork for my policy. This has been ongoing for over 2 months. Due to this I have suspicions they could well be a fraudulent company.”
