awful!! terrible experience! umesh parmar was repeatedly passive aggressive, condescending and had a bad, cocky sales attitude throughout both phonecalls! he kept saying “touch wood!” you dont die soon or “touch wood” you dont get any illnesses. he constantly said “dont worry, dont worry!” he was very fake and over the top, sales patter was too much. when i challenged him on his attitude and asked to speak to someone else instead, he said theres noone for me to talk to! so i ended the call. you have lost my custom! please call me on 07761810778 to talk about this
