Product ordered for my Father-in-Law 23:30 on a Monday and delivered Wednesday am. Good instructions arrived with the Careline and customer service personnel were helpful, patient and knowledgeable when I called regarding the test. All in all an excellent service.

We ordered the alarm for dad as heโ€™s now on his own after losing mum earlier this year, and were very pleased how quickly it was dealt with and delivered the next day. All the staff from ordering the alarm to setting it up were very helpful indeed. I would definitely recommend Lifeline24 to anyone thinking of getting an alarm.

Yes the customer service received on the phone to initially place the order, ask all the questions we had and have them answer them calmly, patiently and so clearly was really touching and so encouraging. They appeared so genuinely concerned too given we were getting it for our elderly mother. I thoroughly would recommend them anyone.

Life line took all mine and my 90 year old aunts worries away in 24 hours, the alarm arrived and was set up so quickly, thanks to a very efficient staff and service.

Too soon to give a review thus give it a 3* had it less than a week. Installation cost is a bit steep! I thought with the price someone would have installed it for me??

Due to the โ€œplug and playโ€ technology, the equipment we supply does not need to be installed by an engineer, therefore speeding up the process as no appointment is necessary and again, helping to keep our prices low. Installation is not something that we charge for as it is not something that we offer. Our pricing covers the 24-hour monitoring service, rental of the equipment and a one-off pre-programming and administration fee. We also offer a price match guarantee, meaning that if you can find a similar service for less, we will always match it. Setting up the equipment is very straight-forward, however, if you do require any assistance our customer service team would be more than happy to talk you through it. The complete process was easy to order and set up with a speedy delivery. The operators were quick to answer very friendly and polite helping me through the testing process and answering the few questions I had ..... thank you

My husband set it up for my mother (the product user) he found it easy to set up and instructions easy to follow when doing the tests, but difficult to get through in the 1st instance.
