“The whole process has been very easy. We purchased this for a frail very obstinate 86 year old who we thought would ask us to take it away. But when he heard the professionalism shown at setup he changed his mind and we find him every day with the Donegal around his neck. This is remarkable and shows that the product and staff provide that support that is needed, even with someone who has never asked for help in his life.”

“Only just installed this for my mum and hopefully I will never need to amend my review to indicate how well it works!! Anyway, setting it up and testing was very straightforward and the help from the operator made everything simple - the operator was extremely polite and friendly. Mum is now confident of how it all works and feels very re-assured. Just need to get the keysafe fitted outside and that should safeguard her for all possible scenarios. Very pleased so far.”

“We installed lifeline on Monday and my father in law collapsed on Thursday! The response from the company was amazing emergency services were called and attended within the hour. Luckily the paramedics assessed him and cleared him to stay at home. So amazing service! Many Thanks! Cannot fault this service!”
