After my brain injury 12 years ago I've had mobility problems. I thought I was becoming very independent but I had a fall in my garden and realised I had to have a bit of help. I now feel so much more confident in my garden and the ordering and setting up process was brilliant - they were so helpful and treated with me with respect. Because I'm not elderly and because of my brain injury problems I thought I'd feel intimidated but nothing could be further from the truth

We've only had the unti a week, so this comment is from the perspective of researching it, ordering and installing it. The website was very clear in terms of how the whole Lifeline system worked, and costs were clearly laid out, making comparisons with other products easy. The ordering process wa simpel and delivery very quick - next day. Self installation is very straightforward and what I like about the base station and the pendants is that they are very simple and clear - what I call "Fischer-Price like", so easy to comprehend for my aging parents. The testing set-up worked fine, including being able to connect from a long way down our garden which I had been slightly worried about. My mother has embraced wearing her alarm pendant since it's very lightweight and unobtrusive. So far, very good - thanks

The lifeline arrived the next day and was easy to install. Set up was simple too. Have used the button once and was impressed with the response.

We ordered the alarm pendant over the telephone because we had a query. The employee was very efficient and helpful. We then immediately received a form on line to enter extra details, like medication. The next day the alarm arrived. It was easy to install and the company check that it is working correctly. So far we have had no problems and would recommend this company very highly.

Took approx 6 weeks from point of sales to installation. Your set up is too focussed on internet which for a 93 year without such a service is somewhat difficult. Your letter of introduction never received due to incorrect address/postage?? The address for the unit was incorrect but finally reached destination. Whilst the call centre staff are friendly and customer focussed, company does not appear pro-active in ensuring follow up i.e., credit card details and initial call made but no follow up when customer set-up requirements not received after point of sale (as mentioned the letter never arrived). In addition, your service is expensive compared to others in this market place so would have expected better. Thank you Peter (Carer for Ken) 00 353 85 85 88 014

I can understand that the use of our online forms can be difficult for some elderly people. In these instances, it tends to be family members, friends or carers that help to organise the set up. When this is also not possible, we have the option of a paper copy for those that would find this more convenient. Our customer service team is also open 7 days a week to assist with any queries, they can be reached on 1 800 937543. With regards to the address, we always ensure all addresses are verified using an Eircode finder. First phone contact with Sarah was excellent and very helpful. Product was delivered swiftly and with precise instructions. All staff involved were courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

I purchased Lifeline 24 for my father who lives alone & has poor mobility. Lifeline has given me peace of mind that if he falls he will receive help quickly. Lifeline 24 came with clear instructions, was easy to install & the operators checking the equipment were helpful & efficient. Lifeline 24 is a fantastic product and for my father being housebound it literally is a lifeline to the outside world when he needs urgent help.

Found the whole process very easy, apart from having to get new microfilter as we have Broadband. Gives great peace of mind that my husband is able to alert someone whilst I am not there.

So easy to set up for my Mother In Law. Great to know she has help if required 24 hours a day. The Help Line person were very polite and professional in setting it all up for us. Thank you.

The night I ordered the system my granddad got rushed to hospital and got told he had terminal cancer. We therefore had no need for the system we had just ordered. I telephoned to explain and a lovely lady called Laura said we could return the system immediately for a full refund. Refreshing for a company not to reel out a load of T&Cs at you saying all the reasons why you cannot get a refund. Thanks

We have still not received our alarm a week after ordering. So can’t comment on the alarm but delivery service is def not next day!

I can confirm that it was dispatched using a Royal Mail 24 service on Thursday 26th April, and so should have arrived on Friday 27th April.
