“Was really impressed from the 1st phone call when ordering unit. I followed the tracker to see when it would be delivered and it arrived 2 mins early. Setting up was easy and the lady who ran through the tests with me was great. I've sent 2 emails 're info I forgot and got replays very quickly. During first week had 2 power cuts and it's reassuring the unit puts your mind at rest cos it tells you there's power failure. Loving it so far just hope I don't have to use it! Have put in my diary to do the monthly pendant tests so I don't forget as well. Think it's money well spent to know I'm save. Happy days,thank you so much.”

“We, my grandad & I, cannot fault the service provided by Lifeline24, thus far. The package arrived fairly promptly, although it was a day later than we expected. Between us, we both had this up and running nice and quickly, without too much trouble. We called the control centre as part of the set-up procedure and also 1 month after set-up as a routine test call. Both calls were answered promptly and professionally, as expected. My grandad wears his pendant around his neck at all times. We are both extremely pleased to have chosen Lifeline24 and have utmost faith in them should my grandad require assistance. Recommended!”

“when i have spoken with the staff at Lifeline 24 they have been very helpful. The item was delivered as stated and easy to install. The online activation forms were easy to fill in although it did time me out before i had finished entering all the info required, so I would advise people to make sure they have all the relevant info ( contact details of the emergency contacts and doctor details) to hand before completing the form. Although it may have been my computer system rather than the software. Gives family and the wearer some peace of mind and independence.”

“This is just what it says - a lifeline 24 hours a day! We installed this for the benefit of my husband who has had several hospital admissions this year. It gives me, his wife, peace of mind when I am away from the house any length of time, that if he has a problem there is someone who can assist him.”

“I researched a number of similar products from other providers but found that Lifeline 24 stood head and shoulders above the rest in terms of the information provided on their website, the cost, their reputation and the quality of the product. Ordering was dead simple - I chose to order by phone - and the customer adviser was helpful and efficient. The alarm arrived the next day as promised. Installation was also simple with clear instructions. One of the call centre staff who answered one of my three test calls was ever so slightly impatient when I didn't immediately do exactly what she asked but overall, the staff were very good. I feel confident that my mum will be in safe hands if she ever needs to use her alarm. She also drew a lot of confidence from watching, listening and being involved with the test calls and I left her feeling content with her new life line.”

“I ordered Lifeline24 and Keysafe online for my 86 year old mother in law who lives alone and loves to garden. Hopefully she won’t need to use it! It arrived the next day. Installation of the Keysafe was fine. I was slightly disappointed by the setting up and testing process. I let her make the first phone call. There were lots of beeps and noises online. The advisor asked her if the other 3 extensions were plugged in or cordless. She didn’t register what cordless was and I was unable to interrupt the advisor as the phon call seemed to work like a walk-in talkie. Thankfully I didn’t try the base unit with all the other cordless phones in her small house and waited. She thought someone would phone her back. I guessed it doesn’t work like that so we waited a bit a phoned again and the advisor confirmed we didn’t need to check the other phones. We still had all the bleeping noise and were unable to interrupt- I wanted to tell the advisor the Keysafe number by the seemed in a hurry. I think we had to make another call. Anyway, my mother in law has now experienced how a call may be handled. I chose Lifeline24 for its apparent quality, service and cost so I hope things go smoothly now.”

“I checked out a few of these type of companies and this one ticked all the boxes in terms of speedy communication, great reviews, fast delivery, simple to use instructions, very easy to use website. I love the fact the live chat the website is there as this is often faster than the phone for questions. My father and I are much happier now that he has the feeling of confidence that if anything happens help will be on the way very quickly. Thank you”
