“no free standard delivery? this catches your eye as 5 to 9$ tags... 20$ for it then there is no option to wait if it to be delivered for free or rush both are 9..99$ I just want to understand WHY you leave a ridiculous option to opt to WAIT A WEEK, oppose to getting it the very next day without a less charge...”

“i was having a problem with the order so i called the phone number on the website. the person who ansered told me the problem was that i entered the wrong price? he said the price was 29 bucks, i tryed to tell him that was incorrect. the price was what i ordered from your website. $19.84 with shiping. he said i was wrong and there wasnt anything he could do about it. he did not even try to help. i finally got it figured out but without the help of your help line.”
