“The first time I ordered license plates they were great. The second time the license plates arrived a little blurry. If the image I submitted was not high enough resolution someone should have told me so I could resubmit another. No one contacted me. So I have 100 yard license plates and a bunch of 4'X4' license plates that look a little blurry. Not sure I will use you again. And I have used you a lot in the past.”

“license plates arrived and all but one are perfect. There is one that is a lighter shade of Red and Black on one side. I sent a picture to customer service with a description of the issue. Now they need another picture. Like my word isn't enough. I'm sure the production team has seen this issue before. They should have just taken care of their first and last time customer!”
