Hi Shane, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're really sorry that your earring was not what you expected. We include pictures of all of our earrings in models ears so that our customers can see what the jewellery looks like when fitted, however everybody's anatomy is different which why we include all measurements in our product descriptions. Sometimes our studs can look small in the jewellery box that they arrive in, but when fitted in the ear our customers usually find that they are the perfect size. “Just purchased my 3rd huggie hoop I only wear gold so being able to purchase fashionable jewellery in white gold is definitely a positive. The other piercings in my ears have white gold and diamond studs the the single huggie earring looks fab next to them look forward to purchasing more”

“Very easy to deal with. I would rather have an actual gift card than an e-gift as it was meant to be s surprise. The recipient had to have it earlier than I would have liked as it was for Christmas. The recipient likes your jewellery and has multiple pieces, so this I am sure this will be welcomed. I cannot rate the product as it has not been purchased yet.”

Hi Andrew Sorry you were disappointed in the size of your jewellery purchase. All of our jewellery is solid 9k or 14k gold, this includes the labret post and backing of our pieces. We do include exact measurements on all of our product descriptions, and have photographs with our jewellery on real ears to give an accurate representation of the size.
