“I couldn't be happier with the team at Laser Red. They have such a myriad of talents in house and consistently maintained excellent communication from our initial contact through to delivery. They listened, asked the right questions and ultimately created a new brand, website and marketing strategy that completely blew us away. “6 years ago we approached Laser Red to build us a new website; when we had finished talking it through we decided to do some re-branding with Laser Red too, to get our message across in an impactful way. We are now very visible to new clients and new staff members alike thanks to Laser Red and we can measure this across many of our business metrics. “I have been working with Laser Red for probably close to three years now, working across 3 different sites with different developers and members of the team. The work has always been outstanding and completed quickly. Any issues have always been dealt with, with urgency. Liam is always very professional, making sure he has the best developers and project managers. Sam is our project manager and is always very polite and is quick to come back to us with any issues, she always fits us in the calendar as soon as she can. Paul is always a pleasure to deal with and although interactions have been few, he has been most helpful with any issues he's assisted with. Charlotte and Rebecca have been an excellent due at helping us tackle our SEO (as well as helping with various other marketing tasks) and guide our google ads so we are seeing an increase in traffic and sales. Alex (affectionately known as Wassy) has played an integral part in our 2 Magento sites. He always seems to be on the ball with any issues, or any downtime we experience and is very good at explaning things in 'laymans' terms when things get too techy. Lisa is the newest Laser Red team member we have been introduced to and she has really worked hard to achieve what we wanted from our 3rd site. She is always coming up with ideas and improving the accessibility and overall usability of the site. Laser Red are a friendly bunch to work with, nothing ever seems too much trouble, I continue to look forward to working with them for the forseeable future.”
