6 years ago we approached Laser Red to build us a new website; when we had finished talking it through we decided to do some re-branding with Laser Red too, to get our message across in an impactful way. We are now very visible to new clients and new staff members alike thanks to Laser Red and we can measure this across many of our business metrics. Vastly increasing our digital, community, and neighbourhood presence through Laser Red has been time and money very well spent. As an organisation approaching its 40th year, we have seen the most unprecedented disruptions in the last 3 years (covid; staff;energy;inflation;etc), we have been incredibly resilient, in ways we would not have been pre-Laser Red, because our message is now so embedded. We rely on Charli and her team for most traditional promotional material; all digital email and web support including SEO & Google Ads; social media advice and monitoring plus broader new customer engagement and general strategic advice as the digital world develops apace.
