I immediately notified Lakeland of the damage by email with photographs on a bank holiday Saturday morning and was astounded to receive a reply straight away! They offered to replace the seats but as they were obviously not particularly robust I opted for a refund. Lakeland refunded my money fully. Thank you ”

But the customer service team still tried to help and managed to double check and found another one in the warehouse. So quick to reply and kept me informed all the time. ”
