Was really impressed with the service provided by Lakeland, I had previously been let down by another supplier of dining room chairs and I had to demand a refund from them.

Ordered 2 bar stools described as colour Taupe. On arrival noted to be very dark grey not Taupe as picture showed on website. Customer Care very good and arranged collection and full refund. All dealt with very well by customer services would much have preferred 2 bar stools as described. Back on the look out for 2 Taupe bar stools to complete my new kitchen.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the actual item, but this was sorted out and a full refund was given. The only problem is everything has to be done by Email as you cannot phone, other than that nothing to much wrong.

I ordered 2 bar stools from Lakeland for my new kitchen. On arrival (very quick and free) both seats were cracked. I immediately notified Lakeland of the damage by email with photographs on a bank holiday Saturday morning and was astounded to receive a reply straight away! They offered to replace the seats but as they were obviously not particularly robust I opted for a refund. Lakeland refunded my money fully. Thank you

Ordered 3 kitchen bar stools and they look lovely... one arrived damaged and as they were the last 3 in stock I was promptly offered a refund or I was asked if I wanted a different style. But the customer service team still tried to help and managed to double check and found another one in the warehouse. So quick to reply and kept me informed all the time.

Whilst Lakeland promptly refunded the supplement it did not solve the problem as I booked a Saturday delivery for a reason.

bar stools are fantastic look fabulous in new kitchen. Service was really good . when ordered next day delivery and only half cane next day which was parcel force error got a refund for the delivery and customer service at lakeland sorted promptly . not used before but definitely happy to again

We were offered a £10 discount though against although we are still waiting for the refund.

The stools that I bought from Lakeland are really great and look fantastic. Unfortunately the delivery went wrong - Parcelforce's fault - so the 48 hour service was a week service, but Lakeland was quick to refund the delivery charge and did what they could to rectify the problem.
