“I have always been very impressed with Klipspringer's service. However, on this occasion, I was disappointed. Despite the product originally being sold with waterproof housing the item wasn't covered by the original warranty went it became damaged via water ingress and was still less than a year old. This has resulted in a costly repair.”

Hello Greg, Many thanks for your review and feedback - I am sorry that we have disappointed you on this occasion. These units do have a certain amount of waterproof proofing but we do always recommend the extra protection of an additional waterproof housing in harsh environments. When the assessment was made for the faulty unit, it was not realised that it was in fact normally housed in an additional waterproof box which you sensibly bought when purchasing the system. I will contact you directly to discuss this as it is hard to see how water could get in to the waterproof box and then ingress in to the unit and it would be good to understand how this has occurred. “Easy to use grip good brush works very well when new and did all the tasks set no issues and no tearing or loss of bristles - not used long enough to see how the the brush and bristles last before needs to be changed for a new one - these comments refer to all the Bottle Brushes that I have been trialling for various hygiene tasks so far so good”
