“The customer service was excellent from KitKing! All staff were friendly and approachable throughout my order process. They kept me updated with shipping and delivery which was very helpful. Once the kit arrived, it looked amazing and is exactly how I wanted it to be. The embroidering looks fantastic on the kit! I will definitely be using KitKing again for other future orders! “I ordered some goodies for my Sunday league team and they came out amazing. During my original order there was an issue during the printing and by accident we had the wrong logo printed on. However after reaching out to the sales team, they got back to me right away and assisted in getting everything done correctly and made sure to communicate every step of the way. When the hoodies came in they looked amazing. Despite the error on the original order, these guys did a great job in making up for it. Big shout out to Salem who made it all happen. Thank you guys again and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to personalize stuff for their team.”

“It was our first time using KitKing after finding them on Google. They provided an excellent service throughout. We changed our choice of colour after ordering and they were able to sort this out for us without any issues. Our change in colour choice meant there was a delay in production delay due to our new colour being out of stock but this was communicated to us well and we were kept well informed. Our order has just arrived and they are great, the embroidery and printing is great quality. We will definitely look to use them again for more kit. Thank you”

“Great company to order from its a shame some suppliers aren't as organised ie joma as they are. great communication. service 1st class . quick delivery too if manufacturers help them by sending stock to them as joma stuff on market the now is shocking your waiting 7weeks for some stuff that's not kitking fault .”
