deep fitted sheets fitted my very deep mattress perfectly with a bit of room to spare too havent yet slept on them yet to see how the jersey cotton feels, it does have a different texture to linnen, but i will let you know.

Excellent service, fast delivery, Love the lamps so brought another a week later but was surprised it had gone up by £10? Could of put that towards the bulbs!

I ordered just before Christmas and the delivery was on the 3rd January - I was told that would be the date of delivery - quite good, the only problem was that I didn't receice an e mail to say they were on their way and there was no invoice in the parcel

Hello, Thank you for your Feedback. We will check with the courier whether they send notifications of delivery. Usually only the Next day service couriers do this, such as DPD. Nonetheless we will look into this matter. We provide invoices to customers via email if they wish to have one. The reason we don't put these in the parcels is purely because they contain customer information and we prefer that data not getting into the hands of someone else. This item was ordered on 25th March and still has not arrived after 11 days. Tracking shows a complete standstill. If you cannot fulfil this order, please refund my payment as quickly as possible.

Hello, sorry to see there has been a courier issue with this item. The parcel is being shipped to a parcelshop it seems however the courier has not updated this. Unfortunately the lamp that I bough was broken on arrival. I have tried to call customer services to ask for a replacement but the number on the website is not connecting. S I've sent an email to customer services but as yet I have not had any response.
