“Just the worst service from Kinex
My father a customer of Kinex since 2016 a pensioner 86 years of age and retired from his business.
We noticed his broadband was poor during Covid 19 turns out his 17mb broadband was kicking out 0.7mb/a
And could we get through. Nope line dropped every time seems like getting through is impossible. Add to this is his lamentable mobile service 1GB data costing £11 per month with 16 months left
We cancelled hoping that as an elderly pensioner who put his trust in them would be offered goodwill
No not at all. If he were to pay £11 per month until the end of his contract it would only be £176 but they want to cripple him with £350 for early termination
They can waive the charges but they won’t so upset. And they brag they are better than BT AND THREE. I’ve been a customer of these and even though Bt have made mistakes they’ve been great at making things right.
Please people if you’re thinking of going with Kinex don’t. They are crooked and lacking any goodwill.
Shame on them stealing so much from a pensioner who fought for the uk and other countries freedoms.
