“Overall service is average at best. First package got lost in the post seemingly. Second package was delivered by Hermes who left it at the front door and it was never to be seen again. Third package finally made it :) Overall customer service from kinetica was fine, I'm sure they were just as frustrated as I was. The product itself is of a really high quality. I ordered the smooth chocolate flavour thermo whey. The taste is one of the best I've ever tried and the shake doesn't foam up like poor quality cheap brands. Overall I would say kinetica products are competitive with the high end brands like USN, BSN, ON & maximuscle. If it wasn't for the hassle and faffing around with delivery I'd definitely use again. It would be great if they would offer delivery from Royal Mail.”

“I found it to be very tasty none of the junk found in other brands. Feel great taking it great range of products the only protein I found after years to really suit me didn't feel sick feel really great after each workout and it really has made a difference that I can finally see. I have recommended it to people who have noticed the difference.”

“I purchased a 900g tub of Thermo Whey smooth chocolate flavour and really enjoy it; it's easy to drink with water or milk (I have it with almond milk and it mixes/tastes absolutely fine) and mixes easily without lumps. The flavour is perfectly chocolately. I also received a free tub of CLA Lean capsules as well as a free oats and cranberry bar; my partner ate the bar and loved the flavour and texture and I am waiting on the results of the CLA Lean capsules - time will tell! Fast delivery, good service and really pleased with the company overall.”
