“Flavour - good. Nothing exceptional but definitely above average. The high milk protein content leads to a slightly dry flavour but nothing too bad. Tastes very natural which is very refreshing. Better with milk but water is fine too. Mix ability - regardless of the ferocity you shake with, you will get some very small lumps. Barely noticeable but they are there. A tenancy to foam up, but let it settle and it's fine. Other points - sits very well on the stomach. Better than any protein I have ever used. Even when using a double serving in one shake, you are not bloated. Although you must let the shake settle before drinking. Again, you can definitely feel the natural approach of this shake. Very impressed overall and would highly recommend.”

“Fantastic company! The staff are very helpful and willing to invest time in helping you find suitable products for your training schedule. As the products are organic they do not leave you with bloating or gut rot, instead the protein and nutrition supplements are easy to ingest and leave you feeling great both before and after sport. I fully recommend this brand to anybody who finds supplements difficult for their digestive system or for athletes who want to up their game.”
