“I have been a long time customer of Kinetica Protein. At least 3 years I have been ordering products off the internet. I am disappointed that I have not recieved or even been offered any products such as protein shakers etc. or got any discounts for being a long time customer. And I must add, it is not cheap. My friends get alot of promotional products when ordering online with other Protein brands. As an unwanted customer I feel I may take my business else ware Regards, Disappointed Customer”

“I bought the vanilla flavoured whey - far, far too sweet. I don't understand why protein companies have to riddle these supplements with sweeteners. Other than that I'm sure it is good whey, I will mix it with some unflavoured whey I've bought off another company which should do the trick”

Hi Kieran, Thanks for your feedback. To assure you, we do not 'riddle' our products with sweetener. We comply with all rules surrounding food legislation and use a minimal amount of sucralose to complement our exclusive, natural flavour profiles. Sucralose is positioned last on the ingredient listing, indicating a minimal amount of this ingredient is included in the entire product formulation. If you prefer to mix flavours with an unflavoured product, we also produce Natural Whey, ideal for combining with flavoured whey, or as an added cooking and baking ingredient. “I haven't purchased from you before so I need to register.There was nowhere on the registration to enter a password.Instead I had to make out that I had forgotten it and ask for one to be sent to my email .This was a rather laborious process. When the goods arrived it appeared that the box had been packed and sellotaped together by a 5 year old.That is perhaps being overly rude to the capabilities of 5 year olds when compared to those of the person who packed my item.Perhaps the packer sellotaped the box together whilst he was blindfolded ? Yodel gave no indication when the package would be delivered.All their website tracking said was " collected from Norwich depot".very unsatisfactory.”
