website is beautiful but their refund policy is abysmal, shocking that i can’t get a refund until items are returned to their warehouse even thought the courier never delivered them to my house! STILL with courier Somewhere 25 days later and i’m still waiting.

Product arrived with scratches on chairs and paintwork was awful. Contacted them and they did offer £10 refund or full refund so can’t fault them. Just the product was awful.

Granddaughters Christmas present arrived damaged, replacement arrived very quickly but was also damaged. It was a main piece so I asked for another one but they were out of stock (this was a spare lying around the warehouse) They offered me £5 refund on a £100 kitchen so I said I'd wait for a new bit. 3 months later, still waiting...

Ordered a play kitchen. Arrived with a part missing and couple of other parts scratched. We were given a 10% refund. The missing part was sent. It arrived today.. scratched and with a corner damaged! The phone is blocking the microwave door from fully opening. The phone holder catch broke off on first use. It's a joke.

It didn’t so I emailed in and was advised that the item was actually out of stock when I ordered and would I like an alternative or a refund, I chose a refund as I wanted that specific one.

Ofrrerrd a dolls house for my daughter for Christmas as ithe website stated that lecture day delivery was possible if I ordered before 2pm. Unfortunately the dolls house did not arrive! I emailed customer services who told me that I had missed the cut off time?
Nevertheless the customer service was good following this and I received a full refund.
