“Needed 23 sections of ornate Panacea Park Lane metal fencing to define my garden. Contacted their customer services prior to ordering and they could not have been more helpful confirming they had enough fence panels and metal posts in stock to fulfil my order in a polite and helpful way. I ordered online and everything was delivered 3 days later, well packaged on a pallet delivery with not a scratch on any item. The fence looks terrific erected, I am so pleased with the whole transaction.”

“We ordered a Hozelock aquarium for the garden. I had problems fitting the sides into the unit, but found that WD40 down the poles and side, made them slide on perfectly. I also found the final top pole very difficult to stretch into place, but eventually managed! We are very pleased with our aquarium, and the price was very good indeed. It is now stocked with plants and fish and we are getting great enjoyment out of looking at our fish swimming on the surface and also through the portholes in the side!”

“We purchased Panacea Gothic fencing. Looks wonderful, really easy to put up, and is sturdy. My only point would be that although I telephoned regarding a delivery date , no one was able to advise me. Then I was given a text just before it was dropped off & I was out ! I think that at least a days warning should be given , after all we cannot all wait at home. The product is very good , and the staff are polite and cheerful. Would use again.”

“I was looking for a cost effective way to enclose and puppy proof my front garden. this did the job nicely! Ordering was very easy and I got some good advice on the phone. This is not did cast iron and I didn't expect it to be but I don't think the gate will take much to break and I'm hoping the fencing will last, we had to reinforce and use long sturdier screws. A reliable company. If the dog doesn't get too big it'll be fine time will tell!”

“Just purchased the sun bubble fir the garden to use at a temporary greenhouse while I start out my seeds. It arrived sooner than I expected and was a doddle to put up. Its like an oversized umbrella and then you add in the stabilisation struts. Easy. Two person job but completed in around 20 minutes. Love it!”

The “open nests” are a nice design, which blend well into trees/shrubs providing a little shelter for blackbirds. I’m confident they will be used more regularly as the seasons move on, and the leaves return to the trees.”
