“Great company having been scammed by 'Garden World Online UK' do not touch them with a barge pole - we were fortunate and after a few days and threats to trading standards plus checking out companies house and Rip Off Britain they refunded the full amount back to my wifes credit card. We purchased a Palram Canopia shed it was delivered on time and all good. We had a tradesman build the shed for us to alleviate a divorce !! Fantastic shed but more importantly the company are great always respond back to queries etc. Will use them again for a new small lean to green house when we get our next pensions thank you team keep up the good work supporting the UK”

“The order was processed very quickly, the packaged ordered were packaged excellently Your choice of deliverer, Furdico, was very good, they came on the day they informed me that they would and they telephoned half an hour before they arrived so that I could prepare for the delivery. “Recently bought Milano 3000 gazebo from keengardener could not fault the service provided the gazebo was delivered in a few days from purchase the courier used kept in touch at all points the gazebo itself is in our opinion perfect for our garden it is attached to the wooden decking it was reasonably easy to build had a bit of help for a couple of points in the building stage the gazebo has four drainage outlets on the corners I’ve now attached two Down pipes to the lower side of the gazebo so all water runs off without dripping as in previous reviews the screwing of the metal screws into gazebo for attaching the roof was a bit of a task but not impossible Love this product and the price”

“Found Keengardener during a search for a small greenhouse. We settled for the 6x4 Canopia model because of its price and availability. The greenhouse was delivered within 2 days of placing the order. All parts were checked and present. Assembly took place over 3 days, but this was due to weather rather than build difficulty. Indeed anyone with experience with self assembly furniture can follow the clear picture based instructions. There are a couple of 'gotchas' but nothing too stressful . During assembly I was concerned about the rigidity of the construction, but when fully assembled, everything is quite firm. Overall excellent service from Keengardener and great value too.”

“Very impressed with our purchase. On arrival we checked the pieces - every piece was individually wrapped and the kit included extras like a mallet and a touch up pen in case if any little slip ups. It spoke of quality. The pergola fitted together beautifully and looks very smart and solid on our patio. To be fair the instructions need upgrading to match the quality of the product. The diagrams were tiny, it was not easy to see what was intended but we got there. V pleased with our purchase.”

“After the cost of paraffin went through the roof, I needed a cheaper, more reliable way of heating my greenhouse. A friend suggested I but a Lifestyle Eden 2kW gas heater, so after a little search of the Internet, I found one at a great price on Keengardener. After placing my order on a Friday night, it was delivered to me on the following Tuesday afternoon and I was kept updated throughout. Its been in my greenhouse since then, putting out a steady 12⁰c overnight to keep cold temps at bay, though I do tend to turn it off during daytime hours. There does seem to be a few reviews where people have problems setting up the thermostat, but I found it easy, I just attached it just below my bench height directly behind the heater and my plants are thriving. 10/10.”
