“I cannot say how absolutely disappointed I was with this company. Absolutely do not waste your money or time buying from them. The photographs of the clothing and descriptions do not come anywhere close to the shoddy poor quality clothing that is dispatched from China and takes weeks to arrive. This is a complete sham ! I have complained and been offered $7 back for a purchase which cost me $35 . I don’t know why I am bothering to write this as no doubt these crooks will not publish. You have been warned do not waste your money!”

“Astonished to find I was sent Philip Kingsley toner with a broken nozzle, and it was cellotaped so as not to leak!! But it did leak! Complained to CS and it took more than a week for them to respond saying apologies for the inconvenience, here is 20 % off or return and we would refund! Would I ever shop with them? NO! Would I go through the hassle of sending it back and what if they say we never got your product back and not refund? They certainly dont have high standards of CS!”

“Really disappointed when I ordered from here. I received my parcel to find that both bottles were damaged, one with a cut and the the other with the open seal off. It took almost 4 days to get a reply with a solution. Our solutions were 20% off next order which is bizarre as why would you want to keep a broken leaking item for 20% to then buy off the same company made me laugh and return item for a refund. The customer service then took another 2-3 for them to answer with a link email to return the items for a refund i retuned it and only got £19.90 even tho I paid £22. I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle over £2. First time trying but wouldn’t recommend at all just pay a couple pound more else where like I did and be hassle free.”
