Astonished to find I was sent Philip Kingsley toner with a broken nozzle, and it was cellotaped so as not to leak!! But it did leak! Complained to CS and it took more than a week for them to respond saying apologies for the inconvenience, here is 20 % off or return and we would refund!
Would I ever shop with them? NO!
Would I go through the hassle of sending it back and what if they say we never got your product back and not refund? They certainly dont have high standards of CS!
