“Been taking our dog here for last 4 years plus. Our dog loves it the staff are very accommodating and will take our dog at short notice whether she is in season or not staff are very friendly would recommend.”

“My dog maxi stayed for a long weekend it was the first time he has ever stayed in a kennel and jaycliff where brilliant reasureing me that maxi was fine and they put photos of maxi having fun on there Facebook page whiched I loved thank you ????????????????”

“Tatty and Bramble, our springers, now know the road to Jaycliffe and get very excited on the way. Whether they are there for the day or as boarders they have a fantastic time. They know and trust the staff and we are always sure they are in good hands. We wouldn't consider sending our girls anywhere else.”

“We have been taking our dogs to jaycliffe for a few years now both for grooming and kennels we wouldn't leave them anywhere else. We love being able to see them running around playing while we are away on holiday. We can relax knowing their in safe hands.”

“We first met our wonderful dog Toby eight years ago (today!) at Jaycliffe, where he was being boarded on behalf of Rain Rescue waiting for a new home. We gave him that home, and if we need a holiday home for him, he comes back to Jaycliffe. He always gets very excited when he realises where he is going, and literally can't wait to get into the reception area where there is always a wonderful warm welcome. He has just come back from a long weekend stay, and loved it as much as the first time! Keep up the good work, Jaycliffe! (Feb 2016)”

“We have taken our dog Bonnie here a few times and wouldn't take her anywhere else. They are lovely staff with a genuine love of animals. We leave her knowing that she is well taken care of. I love how we can keep upto date with her adventures as they take photos for you to see on Facebook. She always looks very happy there.”

“Archie loves it at Jaycliffe. He gets to go in the exercise area and this makes me feel happier knowing he's getting some exercise. The staff are really friendly and I would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“Buzz our Cocker Spaniel loves going on his holidays to Jaycliffe. As soon as we pull up he's really excited and loves the girls. We can keep an eye on him whilst we are on holiday via Facebook which is lovely. When we pick him up he's often had a free bath as he's a real muck pup. Buzz is really sociable so loves to play with the other dogs. I really feel he's happy there.”

“My dogs have been going to Jaycliffe for both Boarding and Grooming since 2011. I'm extremely happy with the care that they receive. One dog always has her special diet catered for and the other one had his daily medication without any problems.”

“Max, my Labrador X loves going there, it's me that gets upset at leaving him, the staff looks after & cares for max as if he was one of their own, & gives him that extra time & attention he needs, as Max is totally blind. Can't fault this place, not one little bit.”

“I have been using Jaycliffe for all my pets over the years. My current dog Ruby who is a border terrier goes in quite happily and more importantly comes out happy, well fed and sometimes even groomed if I can get her booked in !”

“Riley has stopped here for the past 3 year's. The first time he stayed staff showed us round first which was nice. The kennels are a nice size and with the play pens we know he's getting exercise and having fun on his holiday! I would definitely recommend.”

“Our dog jess always enjoys her stay, we were nervous how she would settle as she came from a rescue centre, but the staff are brilliant with her, although she might sulk a little when we leave her she soon gets enough attention to forget us till we collect her. Staff are friendly & accommodating”
