“I’ve ordered Jamu Wild Water many times before without problems, but in the past few months it has gone downhill. This is now the second recent order that arrived damaged. One tin was completely empty, having leaked everywhere. The rest were sticky, and the box was moldy inside. For such an expensive product, this is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to wonder if the remaining tins are safe to drink. Something is very wrong with the packaging or handling.”

We're obviously saddened to hear this news and upsetting you've decided not to contact us directly about an issue you've had. If you can kindly inform us personally we'll of course replace any damaged cans or happily refund you. When the drinks leave our warehouse they are all in good shape and unfortunately very occasinaly a drink can become damaged on route with the courier.
