I spoke to a lovely lady at customer service who had prioritised my order for my sons birthday party which was on the Saturday of that week, so helpful & cheery, fantastic customer service!!
I was really pleased with the quality of the trophies I ordered & let's say I had 17 very happy boys who recieved them, even more special they where all engraved with their names!!
