“Jonny was very helpful. A colleague of mine was supposed to sort a trophy for a quiz night we hold every year. Unfortunately it had not been ordered. I rang to ask for the invoice from 2015 to be retrieved & the trophy amended to 2016.
He took my number & called me back very quickly. My request was actioned & we arranged delivery within my deadline too !
