“Agile Foundation & Practitioner This is the second course I have completed with Ipso Facto and am currently looking at options for a third, Change Management. From the initial enquiry about attending the course, all members at Ipso Facto are courteous and helpful and offered all the help and guidance I needed. Julia the course tutor has a wealth of experience across P3M and has a laid-back but professional approach, and she was always willing to give up her own time if I or any of the other students needed extra clarification on the subject matter. I have attended other courses with different providers, however as opposed to someone just teaching the course syllabus, Julia would draw on her experience and give context to much of the content so it was much easier to envisage the procedures in the real world environment. Julia could also offer a strong opinion on all alternate P3M systems in use currently. I will be studying with Ipso Facto again, both this year and next.”

“I attended the starting an online business course with IPSO FACTO. The first instructor Tim was fantastic, clearly with explanations, very knowledgeable and easy to listen to and understand. I would highly endorsed Tim as a excellent instructor. The second part of the course was instructored by Brian who was also as highly competent and knowledgeable about the subject. Overall I would highly recommend this course and IPSO FACTO to anyone looking at setting up self-employed using websites or other online tools. The course was aimed at all levels from the foundations and gradually building up to relatively technical. Thank you to Tim, Brian and everyone at IPSO FACTO at providing such an amazing high quality service. Highly recommend and a very easy 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Regards Andy Stenson”

“Julia was fantastic with keeping us all engaged and motivated within the APMQ course, it is very intense but the information provided, format delivered in and price is fantastic. Jean was very helpful with all my inquiries prior to booking and joining the course. I will say- I am glad the exam is not a part of the week course as it gives you much needed study and personal reflection time before sitting the exam. Thank you Julia, Jean and Tim!”

“Ipso Facto is an excellent training company. I recently took their Agile PM course, and I was thoroughly impressed with their administration and delivery. The course was well-organised, and the material was explained well by Julia, who was a good instructor. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and made the class enjoyable. What impressed me the most, was that I chose to do the course in this instance as part of a package with the APM PMQ. The package and the interface with the Enhanced Learning Credits scheme was seamless. The administration was slick, and everything was done efficiently. It was easy to book the course, and the support staff were responsive and helpful. Perfect when you are in the midst of resettlement. Overall, I would highly recommend Ipso Facto for their training services. They provide an excellent learning experience, and their courses are delivered to a high standard. The Agile PM course was engaging, informative, and practical.”

“I have attended the Microsoft Excel Level 2 – Frequent User with Tim leading the training. The course was absolutely amazing! I was very impressed with how well the course was managed in terms of pace, the level of knowledge and execution. The exercises were very appropriate to the level and I felt very happy with Tim's checking in our intake of knowledge and summarising what we've learned. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I must admit it was so much more fun than I've expected an Excel course could be! I wholeheartedly recommend for anyone who would like to upskill in Microsoft - I'll be definitely coming back for more courses!”
