“A fascinating course that covered a lot in a short time. It provided a useful overview in plain English with practical examples to bed in understanding. The workbook is particularly helpful as some learning will take time to bed in, and the workbook is a useful reference for future revision.”

“Julia delivered a very informative and engaging APM Project Fundamentals course - her presentation style is very friendly and welcoming and the course content was covered at a manageable pace. I do not generally find it easy to take in information in a classroom setting, so the many real-world examples and anecdotes that Julia shared throughout the two days really helped me to picture the processes in my mind and took me from “what on earth does that mean?” when first reading some of the slides to “Oh, now I understand!””

“Tim and Jean were very helpful and responsive, when I applied for the AGILE PM Foundation and Practitioners course, and guided me through the use of an Enhanced Learning Credit to fund the Course. Julia Gosse, the instructor for the course was really friendly and knowledgeable about the subject, and delivered it in such a way that it was fully understood, even by someone like myself who is used to military speak and not Business jargon. I fully recommend IPSO FACTO if you are thinking of completing a Project management course, as the support and delivery of the course has been outstanding. I’m thinking of doing the Prince 2 course later in the year, so if I do I will definitely be using IPSO FACTO.”

“I recently completed APM-PFQ and Agile Foundation/Practitioner. The training was delivered by Julia Gosse. Her teaching style is quite relaxed and it allowed us to learn in a comfortable environment which I found helped me retain the content well. She was also very knowledgeable. We were unfortunately met with a system crash on the day of the Practitioner exam as a result of APMG carrying out emergency maintenance. I was extremely happy with Professional manner in which the IPSO FACTO staff conducted themselves, how quick they were to respond to the issue and they they were able to get us rebooked to sit the exam the following day. I plan to continue using IPSO FACTO for future PM courses.”
