“I have just passed my APM PFQ exam after the two day online package that IPSO FACTO provided. From start to finish, communication was great, and they provided me with the APM workbook prior, so that i could conduct some pre-learning. Julie, who taught on the two days was fantastic. Full of knowledge from her 40 year career in Project Management, she gave lots of examples and related them to the content. Julie was a great tutor and i look forward to recieving more tuition and knowledge form her, which i am sure will put me in good stead for the APM PMQ later this month. I would recommend IPSO FACTO and the team to anyone looking at any of the project management courses they provide.”

“I have just finished "Start your own Online Business" with Tim as our teacher. I can honestly say that this is one of the best courses that I have done. I had no prior experience with anything relating to an online business and even though it did initially appear to be overwhelming, with the amount on contents, Tim did an amazing job of breaking it down in to bite size segments that were easy(ish) to understand. I am now in the process of building my own website, and this was something that I thought i would never achieve before commencing this course. Thank you Tim!”

“Change Management practitioner course. A particular thanks to Julia, very clear in explaining the theory, the course and theexam as well. I found that giving and asking the participants for constant examples was really helpful to connect the theory to our working environment. I would only suggest to permit/organize translation tools at the exam for people non english native.”

“I attended the Start Your Own Online Business Course with Tim Whitaker and it exceded my expectations hugely. The experience Tim brings in running his own business is an obvious but it is his mindset that is infectious. Relentlessly positive, it has taken me from vaguely interested skeptic to a genuinely excited and motivated prospective online business owner. “Tim was a very knowledgable and very engaging Instructor. His views and experience allowed me to realise that the road ahead is achievable and is now less daunting. The discussions he initiated on where the future of business are heading were insightful and thought provoking. 1 minor aspect for improvement would be to be prepared for some elements of examples to use for the days course. e.g. having the web pages that will be used in discussion loaded up and ready to access. I felt that there was a bit of time wasted while waiting for Tim to select the web pages he would use.”

“Tim outlines across a five day course an excellent, realistic and cost-effective framework to get started as an online business. I would probably spend weeks/months trying to learn this on my own. He blended technical theory with practical demonstration very well. His infectious enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools was great. “Brilliant course, conveniently delivered, however remote delivery does not take away from the learning experience at all. We were posted or emailed (our choice) excellent course materials which helped me revise and pass the exam. It was really clear what I needed to revise and test myself on. Friendly and helpful customer service throughout, from booking the course to completing the exam. I will definitely consider IPSO FACTO again for future training needs.”
