“The course had a good pace and was very informative and easy to follow. The only criticism I have is the venue, although very nice was freezing cold, despite the presenter trying to get some heating, or at the least the air conditioning turned off nothing happened, it was uncomfortable to have to sit in my coat for 4 days.”

I am very sorry for this inconvenience, my manager is speaking with the venue this afternoon to find out more and get this resolved. I realise that can't improve your learning experience, but I want you to know we listen to all feedback and I hope this can improve the experience for future delegates.
