About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Ordering and delivery was smooth and easy. Price for the motorcycle rain cover was competitive. Both me and the bike are a lot happier now as the cover fits well and has so far protected from the elements including heavy rain frost and snow.”

“Purchasing an XL Oxford Protex Indoor Stretch Cover from Infinity Motorcycles was quick, and easy and I could not find the cover cheaper anywhere else online. The XL cover was purchased for my husband's Harley-Davidson FLTRX Road Glide Custom and was a perfect fit, covering the entire bike. The cover is great for keeping the dust off and will be used in a Harley-Davidson Bubble during the winter months to help keep his bike dust free and dry. Great value for the money, well done Infinity Motorcycles.”

“Great company, obviously ordering offline is always a bit daunting because of the usual questions, what if it doesn’t fit isn’t comfortable isn’t what I expected etc. The first time I ordered from here the helmet was too small for my son, jacket was perfect. I got in touch with the team over phone call and who I spoke to was lovely very helpful and pleasant helped me out with no issues told me what I needed to do and got the replacement order ready so as soon as they received the helmet back, which was pre-paid return by them, they would instantly dispatch the replacement helmet, that one fit perfect, and they did exactly what they said they would it was very on point. Next order was boots jacket and trouser. They fit my son perfectly he’s over the moon and very happy the updates of the items processes and delivery were very good and accurate ordered them the 1st and received them the 6th packaged lovely, really recommended this company their team are very nice and helpful too if you have any issues”

“The shop service is great! Amazing deals and helpful staff. The only downside is the delivery company doing the job for them (Parcelforce), drivers are incompetent and lazy, it took about 4 delivery attempts over a week and something and several phone calls to finally get them to deliver my parcel at the post office (as the driver couldn't find my address).”

“When buying from Canada three other online stores said they had a Shoei helmet in my size, but a week after purchase those orders were cancelled as they actually did not have the item in stock. What a waste of money (currency difference upon refund) and time. With Infinity, they had someone physically check the stock for the Shoei helmet I wanted. The staff at their call centre were genuinely so friendly/helpful. The two helmets I ordered arrived in Vancouver Canada (free shipping) 7 days after checkout. I will definitely use Infinity Motorcycles again.”
