“I took out two listings with Independent Cottages in early 2018 after careful research and growing disillusionment with the offerings of the big players in the holiday lettings market. I wasn't disappointed. Customer service is impeccable, setting up my entries was straightforward and the site is easy to use and maintain. The late offers section is a great way of filling last-minute vacancies. I've had very good booking levels and the verification process is an excellent way of ensuring peace of mind for guests. Couldn't be happier. I just wish I'd found this gem of a listing site years ago.”

“I've been with Independent Cottages since 2013 and find the whole online system really simple and easy to use. It's my favourite site to advertise on and the one that brings me the most customers! Sarah runs a tight ship and is helpful and responsive to messages. Whilst there are a lot of cottages on the books, it still has that personal feel and i don't feel lost or on my own like on other sites, there is always a helping hand when needed! The fees are really reasonable too, especially considering the thought that goes into the writing of each advert- something which Sarah and the team help with, keeping the overall standard of the site high. I cannot recommend them enough, if you are thinking of advertising with them go for it, you will not be disappointed!”

The website is very easy to navigate and the owners page gives us easy to use tools to help us manage and update our advert. “We joined Independent Cottages as a property owner after booking levels with larger organisations had decreased and costs had increased and charges were being made to guests. Since the initial contact with them the service has been excellent and Sarah was really helpful when we were joining. Their website is eatner property enter details into and update and the last minute offers section excellent. It is now three weeks since we joined and we've had one booking (via the last minute offers) and a tentative booking as well. Based on my experience so far I'd recommend Independent Cottages to other holiday property owners.”

“Independent Cottages provide a great service for owners of holiday cottages. They are very professional and helpful when setting up your account. And great value for money. My subscription was paid off in the first week of going live in 2017 and has been paid off many, many times since. I cant recommend them highly enough. And I would also say that we need to support Independent Cottages otherwise we will end up with only the likes of greedy companies like Owners Direct, Home and Away, Holiday lettings, Trip Adviser etc that fleece our clients and force us to reduce our rates. Well we are now booked nearly every month throughout the year and it’s mainly down to her and the little pointers. These don’t just stop once you have paid your fees they keep coming throughout the year.
