“As a small business offering one self catering cottage in the New Forest National Park we have been advertising with Independent Cottages for four years. We have always had exceptional service from Sarah Jarvis and she always has our best interest at heart. We find the Independent Cottages web site very reliable unlike some others which go down frequently. The operation of the website is really simple for the advertiser and we get lots of enquiries indicating that market penetration and ease of use for potential guests looking for a cottage must be fairly straightforward too. Search engine rankings seem to be good and a lot goes on behind the scenes to ensure that this continues. In these times of scammers and con men trying to make money out of innocent accommodation owners we can rely on Sarah to inform us of any dodgy would-be guests who enquire through her system. As members of the New Forest Tourism Association we meet with many similar accommodation owners and many of them use Independent Cottages and without exception they all say good things about the service they receive. The administration of invoices etc by Sarah is always smooth and efficient and the owners' section of the website has a convenient list showing all past invoice details. To sum up we would happily recommend Independent Cottages to any cottage owner.”

“We have been with Independent Cottages for eight years now, ever since we first started letting our cottage. From day one we have received excellent support and advice, ranging from setting up our page on the site, pricing, insurance, organising an environmental survey, advice about the pros and cons of offering broadband and various other aspects of letting the cottage. It is a huge advantage being able to have changes to our advertisement implemented immediately - usually the same day. Sarah Jarvis is always just an email away, ready with every sort of help. There is also a very helpful section on the website giving owners warnings about scams and problems other owners may have encountered + information about new regulations etc. I cannot speak too highly of the service we receive from Independent Cottages - absolutely first class!”

“Independent Cottages have been so helpful towards the promotion or our 3 holiday cottages in the New Forest. The updating of the calendar is so easy that I also have the same calendar on our website at no extra costs. The opportunity of offering last minute breaks is brilliant. The guests that come through the website like the ease of searching for particular requirements they may have. The amount of information and the number of photos on to our entry is great and can really portray our properties to full advantage.
