“I was looking for a holiday cottage listing site which would list my cottage in a clear and professional way, maintain a good presence on the internet and generate productive enquiries. Independent Cottages does this exactly. I have found the bookings received as a result of the listing to be simple and straight forward. I am put in touch with my prospective guests immediately and without further interference. All precisely what a cottage listing site should do. Independent Cottages do it all extremely well.”

“We have used Independent Cottages to advertise our holiday home in Mevagissey, Cornwall for eight years, and never fail to be impressed by the efficient, responsive, friendly service offered by Sarah and her website. It is excellent value for money, and easy to use for cottage owners and holidaymakers alike, in both cases unlike many of its rivals! The philosophy of allowing the owners to communicate direct with prospective guests is reassuring and helpful to both parties, and prevents guests from having to pay inflated fees to booking services offering a very limited support. We are always keen to renew promptly, and are delighted we found Independent Cottages all those years ago!”

“web site allows owners to post plenty of photos about their property as well as comprehensive text covering the facilities available. It is possible to change the photos and text without difficulty. I particularly like the layout of the booking/enquiry management page -it contains all necessary information/details about potential holiday lets. I have always received a very prompt response from the Independent Cottages team when I've had queries. Excellent service.”

“I have advertised my two holiday cottages with Independent Cottages since I started up in May 2013. Sarah and Steve are incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I have received a great number of bookings via their site and never hesitate to renew my subscription, which is excellent value. The last minute booking option works well for me and has filled several gaps that might otherwise have been lost revenue. A great website that provides lovely guests to stay in my cottages - what more can I say!”
